Gum Paste Flowers

One of the many things that sets Natalie’s Cake Pops apart from the other Cake Pop makers is my adorable edible flowers! The flowers are made of Gum Paste. Gum Paste is a sugar based material that I make by hand. It starts out the consistency of clay, but it dries quickly, so you need to work relatively fast as you use it.

I dye the Gum Paste a variety of colors. These sweet little flowers are a perfect addition to a wedding, birthday party, baby shower, etc.  I make my custom flowers using a special technique and they are truly one-of-a-kind!

See the possibilities...

Add a beautiful Gum Paste flower to a Cake Pop and it becomes a true master piece!

Perfect on a Fondant Cake too!!!

Wedding Cake Pops

Recently I was honored with the privilege of making Cake Pops for the wedding of a couple Scotty & Kaylee! Which, by-the-way, was the cutest couple I have ever seen! Their colors were Navy Blue, Red, & Light Yellow.  I made 18 dozen Cake Pops. That is 216 pops!  They were so popular that they were all gone before the night was over.  Guests of all ages loved them!

These Custom Wedding Cake Pops were Red Velvet, Yellow, and Chocolate Cake.  They were hand dipped and decorated with Nonpareils, Gum Paste Flowers, Candy Coating for the drizzling & marbling, and sweet candies in the couple’s colors!

Cake Pops are perfect for wedding favors, place cards, a wedding cake alternative, or for the perfect touch at the dessert table! Natalie’s Cake Pops are a hit at all events! They can be custom made in any wedding colors scheme you want!
